Do I have to register to place an order?

To place an order, your vet must enroll you in the program and prescribe a tailor-made nutritional recommendation for your pet.

Following your pet's vet appointment, you will receive login details by e-mail and/or SMS.

All you will have to do is visit individualis.com and log in using your login details to be able to order your recommendation.
