How do I create or change my billing address?

When placing your first order, you will need to enter a billing address.

It will be automatically pre-filled if, in step 3, you choose to have it delivered to a predefined address.

If you choose the delivery option to your veterinary clinic or DPD relay point, you will then have to enter a billing address.

To do this, you have 2 possibilities:

• click on the icon "+ Add an address"
• click on "Create a billing address"

As long as you have not defined a billing address, you will not be able to access the next step (the "Continue" button is grayed out / not clickable).

During your next order, in step 3 of the order process, you can change your existing billing address or create a new one.
