I forgot my password. How can I find it out what it is?

If you have trouble logging in because you can't remember your password, simply click on "Forgotten password".

 

Then enter your e-mail address in the tab provided, then confirm.

 

You will receive an e-mail in your inbox within a few minutes with a temporary link allowing you to set a new password. 

 

To set your new password, click on the link in the e-mail. This link will take you to a page on the website where you can enter your new password. Don't forget to enter it twice and then confirm it. 

 

Once this is done, go back to https://shop.individualis.com and enter your email address and your new password. 

 

You should now be able to access your account!
