How do I create my ROYAL CANIN® Individualis™ account?

To be able to join the ROYAL CANIN® Individualis™ programme, you need to visit your veterinary clinic. 

 

During the consultation, your vet will be able to assess the nutritional needs of your pet, which will allow them to recommend the most suitable formula.

 

At the end of the appointment, your vet will create a nutritional recommendation for your pet, which will generate your login credentials.

 

These login details will be sent to you by e-mail and / or SMS, depending on your preference.

 

You then need to visit individualis.com and click on the "Connect" button.

You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your username and password.

You will then be able to access your pets’ nutritional recommendation.
