How do I create or change my billing address?

When you place your first order, you will need to enter a billing address. 

It will be automatically pre-filled if, in step 3, you choose to have your pets diet delivered to a specific address. 

If you choose the option of delivery to your veterinary clinic, you will be asked to enter a billing address. 

 

To do this, you have 2 possibilities:

 

click on the icon "+ Add an address".

click on "Create a billing address"

If you have not saved a billing address, you will not be able to move on to the next step (the "Continue" button is grayed out / not clickable).

 

The next time you place an order, in step 3 of the ordering process, you will be able to change your existing billing address or create a new one.
