Do I have to register to place an order?

If you wish to offer your pet a tailor-made nutritional programme adapted to meet their needs, you will need to visit your veterinary clinic.  

 

Only a vet is authorised to enroll you in the programme, with their expertise, your pet's nutritional recommendation can be created. 

 

Following this appointment, you will receive login details by e-mail and/or SMS. 

 

All you will have to do is visit individualis.com and log in using your login details to be able to order your recommendation.
