You are experiencing difficulties in authenticating yourself. There could be several reasons for this:
1) You have not received your activation e-mail:
- Check if the e-mail ended up in the junk/spam folder
2) The e-mail is not in your junk/spam folder
OR
your link is no longer valid (valid 7 days) :
- Connect to the platform: individualis.com > click on the icon "My customer area" (a new page opens) > click on "I forgot my password" > enter your e-mail address > confirm.
A new e-mail with an activation button will be sent to your mailbox.
3) You have set your password but you don't know how to go back to the home page:
- Click on the "Login" icon in the top right corner of the page.
4) Despite setting your password, you cannot log in:
- Please contact customer service by phone at X XX XX XX XX or by clicking on the "Help?" button at the bottom of this page.
