Severals reason lead to the creation of a double order/
- You have done a simple order, but didn't continued to the confirmation page.
- You have done a simple order, you continued to the confirmation page, but you didn't received a confirmation e-mail.
- You have subscribed to a monthly option, you have paid by SEPA direct debit but you didn't receive any confirmation
You have done a double order.
The simple order offer you the possibility to make as many order as you wish. there are no limitation. However, the options monthly subscription does not able you to order a several times.
There is neverthelless an exception: when you use the SEPA direct debit payment option, the order is only conifrmed when we receive the payment. It can takes up to 14 days depend on your Bank policies.
