step-by-step control method

To place your order, it is important to meet the requirements of each phase.

Step 1: Recommendation

If you only have one pet, you only have a recommendation. You just have to select the button "order Dr. First Name Last Name recommendation".
If you have several animals, select the animal for which you wish to order and click on "order Dr. First Name Last Name's recommendation".

Second step: Order

You can choose between two types of order:
single order: single order. You will receive a bag containing 30 servings.
or
recurring order: a bag of 30 portions will be sent. An automatic renewal of the order will be done every month. This renewal can be interrupted at any time.
Then click on "choose the delivery address" to go to the next step.

Third step: Delivery address
You can define and select the delivery address of your choice (in metropolitan France only).

You have three possibilities:

• Delivery to a predefined address
• Delivery to your veterinary clinic
• Delivery in relay point (DPD).

By default the address selected is that of your veterinarian.
You can enter different addresses, e.g. your home address, holiday address, etc. 
To validate your delivery address, you will need to select "Deliver to this address" in the chosen tab.
Then click on "continue".

Step Four: Billing Address
You must then choose a billing address which may be the same or different from the delivery address. Contrary to the delivery address, this one may not be a French address.
If you have not selected a billing address, you will not be able to proceed to the "order" step.

Step Five: Payment
Last step to finalize the transaction: payment by credit card. 
All you have to do is enter your credit card information: Cardholder's name, card number, validity date, cryptogram. 
If you are placing a single order, you don't need to save the payment information. On the other hand, if it is a recurring order, you will be obliged to check the box "I agree to record my payment information for my next orders". 

However, you must tick the box "By ordering this product, I accept the general terms and conditions of sale and the privacy policy of the Royal Canin Individualis website" in order to finalize the order. 

Once you have entered all the information and ticked the box(es), you can click on "Validate my purchase". 

Your order is then finalized.
