Step-by-step ordering process

To place your order, it is important to fulfil the requirements of each phase.

Step 1: Login

First of all, log in to the https://shop.individualis.com/myaccount/login platform using your login and password.

Step 2: Recommendation
Once you have logged in, you will be taken directly to the "My recommendations" page.
Choose the type of order you prefer. You can choose two types of order:
single order: simple order. You will receive a bag containing 30 portions.
or
recurring order: Your order will automaticall renew and ship each month. You can stop recurring orders at anytime.

Select the order that suits you best by clicking on it.
Then click on "Add to cart" to go to the next step.

Step 3: Shopping cart
Your shopping cart is displayed. Here you can check all the information in detail. If you are satisfied with the information, click on "Proceed to delivery" to continue.

Step 4: Delivery
You can deliver to:
- Your address of choice

OR
- Your veterinary clinic

You can enter different addresses, like your office or home, by clicking on "Add a new address".
You can also customize your billing address by clicking on "Add new address". 
To validate your delivery address, you will have to select "Deliver to this address" in the chosen tab.
Then click on "Proceed to payment".

Step 5: Payment
Enter your payment information
If you are adding a recurring order, click on "I accept to record my payment information for my next orders"
Check the box on "I accept the Term of Sales" in order to finalize the order. 
Next, "Confirm my purchase". 

Your order is now complete.
