You have subscribed to a recurring order and, for various reasons, you wish to change your payment method and/or your delivery address. You can proceed as follows:
Change my payment method:
Connect to your personal space by clicking on the link below and entering your login details: https://shop.individualis.com/myaccount/login
Once connected, click on "My account" in the sidebar.
Then click on "My payment methods".
You can then choose to delete the payment method already filled in (if you have already registered your bank card or SEPA direct debit method) or choose to enter a new payment method.
Change my payment method:
Same process as for the payment method: go to the "My Account" tab in the sidebar.
Then click on "My Information" and then on the "Edit" button.
You will then be able to change your :
- First name
- Last Name
- Phone number
- Email address.
